You be the Judge of Klassen Concrete's Work

We had our stamped driveway done in the summer of 2005 by Klassen Concrete. We were very happy with the work and look of our new and beautiful driveway. However in the spring 2006 when the snow had melted the driveway was all chipped up. (See the pictures) We tried to contact Randy Klassen of Klassen Concrete.

He didn't return our calls and eventually we had to get very upset before he finally returned our call. He said he would send someone to fix it.Someone did come out and all they did was spray the driveway with another coating. As you can see the drive way is pitted all over the place. These pictures are from the summer of 06 the spring after the supposed repairs and are actually worse than the previous year. But it gets worse yet.

It took many phone calls and the threat of a law suit before Randy Klassen finally took action in 2007. He finally sent someone to "fix" the driveway in early September. The following picture is how our driveway now looks. (November 2, 2007) He's not returning our calls and it's almost winter and the problem is only half fixed as you can see.

It will probably snow before this gets fixed and we will have to wait till spring before it's fixed.
